If you want to report one specific review, use Report next to the review. See Report a review. For everything else, use the Report misuse page.
What you can report
- Bought reviews: someone is selling or buying reviews.
- Fake profile: a company or person that doesn't exist.
- Pressure from a company: e.g. a demand to delete or change a review.
- Rewards for reviews: discounts, gifts or prize draws for stars.
- Only happy customers are invited: the company chooses who may review.
- Illegal content: e.g. threats, hate speech or infringement of rights.
- Other: something else that harms trust.
How to do it
- Go to Report misuse.
- Choose what it's about.
- Enter the name, domain or link to the company or profile.
- Under What happened? describe what you've seen or experienced, in at least 30 characters. Feel free to include dates and who was involved.
- Enter your email if you want a reply. Or choose Report anonymously.
- Choose Send misuse report.
You get a case number in the receipt.
Anonymous or with email?
- With email: we can reply to you by email. The company isn't told who you are.
- Anonymously: the company is never told who you are, but we can't reply to you. We take up the case anyway.
Good to know
- Attaching files is coming later. Instead, write the details in the text.
- If someone is in danger, contact the police on 114, or 112 if it's urgent.
- If you can't send, check that you've chosen a type and written at least 30 characters. You can send 5 reports an hour.
