- Accounts that only review one company
- An unusually high number of 5-star reviews in a short time
- Texts that resemble each other
- Connections between reviewer and company
People decide
The system flags suspicious reviews, but it's always a moderator who decides the case. Moderators can't see whether a company pays.
What happens next
- The review is removed
- The account may be closed
- The company may get a warning on its profile
- If reviews are bought, we may report it to the police
