Everyone who works with your profile should have their own access. The role decides what they can do. You'll find the team under Settings, Team and roles in the dashboard.
The four roles
- Owner: everything, including subscription and billing. Owners must use two-step verification.
- Admin: everything except subscription and billing. Admin can manage the team and edit the profile.
- Can reply: reply to reviews, report reviews and send invitations.
- Read only: see reviews and figures, but not change anything.
Who can do what
- Reply to reviews: Owner, Admin and Can reply.
- Report reviews: Owner, Admin and Can reply.
- Send invitations: Owner, Admin and Can reply.
- Change widgets: Owner and Admin.
- Manage team: Owner and Admin.
- Subscription and billing: Owner only.
The company profile, logo, categories and Languages and countries require the right to manage the team, i.e. Owner or Admin.
The table at the bottom under Team and roles always shows the permissions that apply.
The owner role
- The person who claims the profile becomes Owner.
- There must always be at least one owner.
- The owner role can't be given or removed under Team and roles. If ownership needs to change, contact us and we'll help.
Marketing
Older members may have the Marketing role. It can see figures, send invitations and change widgets. The role can't be chosen for new members.
