Customers find you via the categories, among other things, e.g. Bike repair shops or Banks. You choose the first category when you create the profile, and you can add more afterwards.
When creating the profile
- Search in the Category field, e.g. bike or bank.
- Choose the one that fits best.
If none fits exactly, choose the closest one. Contact us if you're missing a category.
Add more categories
- Open Settings, Company profile in the dashboard.
- Under Categories choose the categories that fit. Categories from the same group as your primary category are shown.
- Choose Save changes.
You can have up to 10 categories.
The primary category
The primary one is marked with a star. It's shown on the profile and decides where you appear first. If you want to make another selected category primary, click it.
Good to know
- Categories can't be removed here, so the ones TrustSays has given you don't disappear by accident.
- If you want to remove a category or move to a completely different group, contact us and we'll help.
- The order within a category can't be bought. Paying companies don't rank higher than others.
