Under Settings, Languages and countries in the dashboard you choose where you sell and how you want to work. Only Owner and Admin can change the countries.
Countries you sell in
TrustSays has a country site per country. Each country site shows the companies that sell in that country.
- Choose the countries you sell in. Selected countries have a tick.
- Choose Save changes at the bottom.
A country that has been saved can't be deselected here, because it also controls the country sites. If you want to remove a country, contact us and we'll help.
Language in the dashboard
Choose your own language. The choice only applies to you, not to your colleagues. The dashboard doesn't change language based on the choice yet. That's coming later. Until then, the language follows the country site you're logged in on.
Invite in the customer's language and Show translation
The two options are already saved but aren't used yet. They're coming later:
- Invite in the customer's language: the language of the invitation is chosen based on the customer's country and browser.
- Show translation of reviews: reviews in other languages get a Translate button in the dashboard.
The description in several languages
Your description is saved per language. The one you write on a country site is shown in that language. See Logo and description.
