If customers have already reviewed you, your profile probably already exists. When you claim it, you can reply to the reviews, invite customers and edit the profile. If there's no profile, we create a new one. Both are free and require no payment card.

How to do it

  1. Open Create profile.
  2. Enter your website, e.g. yourcompany.com. We look up the domain straight away and show whether there's a profile.
  3. Enter your work email and your name, tick the box for the terms, and choose Continue.
  4. Verify that the domain is yours. If the email is on the domain, you get a 6-digit code by email. Otherwise you use a DNS record or a meta tag.
  5. Owners must turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app.
  6. Enter the company's name and choose a category.
  7. Choose a plan. Free is always an option.
  8. Choose Go to dashboard.

What the answer in step 2 means

  • Found and Unclaimed: the profile exists, and you can claim it. The reviews come with it.
  • New profile: there's no profile on the domain yet, so we create one.
  • is already claimed: someone else has already verified the domain. Read The profile has already been claimed.

Good to know

  • The person who verifies the domain becomes Owner of the profile. You invite colleagues afterwards under Team and roles.
  • The profile belongs to one domain. Enter the domain without www and without a path. We remove https:// and www ourselves.
  • Claiming doesn't change the reviews. You can reply to them, but not delete them.
  • The plan doesn't affect your SaysScore. It gives you tools.

If it doesn't work

  • If you don't get the code, check your spam folder, and choose Send a new code when the countdown has finished.
  • If verification fails, read Verify your domain.
  • If you can't get any further, contact us and we'll help.
