How many invitations can we send?

• Free: 50 invitations a month. Manual, customer lists and link. No automatic invitations and no reminders.
• Start: 500 a month, automatic invitations from webshop and API, and reminders.
• Growth: 5,000 a month, automatic invitations and reminders.
• Partner: unlimited, automatic invitations and reminders.

• Each invitation created in the month counts as one, even if it's scheduled for later.
• Reminders don't count extra.
• Customers who are skipped don't count.
• Test invitations to yourselves and reviews via link and QR don't count.

The quota starts again on the 1st of each month. Unused invitations aren't carried over.

At the top under Invitations in the dashboard, the Invitations in card with the month shows how many you've used and how many are left on your plan.

• Manual invitations and customer lists: The first ones are sent, the rest are skipped with the reason quota used up.
• Webshop and API: Orders that come in after the quota is used up get no invitation. They aren't sent later either.

If you want to invite more, upgrade under Settings → Subscription and billing. The new quota applies straight away to new invitations.
