Webhooks, where TrustSays notifies your system, e.g. when a new review comes in, aren't ready yet. Under Settings, API and webhooks they're shown with Coming soon, and the field for a webhook address can't be used yet.
What you can do today
- Fetch new reviews with the API, e.g. sorted by newest. See Fetch score and reviews with the API.
- Get notified about new reviews under Settings, Notifications, e.g. A new review comes in.
Webhooks the other way
Your webshop can already send orders to TrustSays. Shopify and WooCommerce send orders with a webhook from your shop, so customers are invited automatically. See Send invitations automatically.
If you have another system, it can report orders with the API. See Report orders with the API and send invitations.
