There's no commitment beyond the period you've paid for. The plan renews automatically every month or every year until you cancel it.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings, Subscription and billing in the dashboard.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- The Stripe payment page opens.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Return to the dashboard.
Once the cancellation has been registered, None is shown under Next invoice.
When does the plan stop
The plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you're on Free. So if you pay yearly, the plan runs until the end of the year.
Undo the cancellation
If you change your mind before the period ends, you can normally renew the subscription on the Stripe payment page, which you open with Cancel subscription or Change payment card. If you can't, contact us.
Renewal
- Monthly payment renews every month, yearly every year.
- The payment is taken from the card stored with Stripe.
- The date is shown under Next invoice.
If it doesn't work
- Cancel subscription doesn't exist: It's only shown once you've bought a plan, and only for the owner.
- If the plan has been granted by TrustSays, there's nothing to cancel. Contact us if you don't want it.
