Below each review is the Helpful button with the number of votes. If a review has helped you, give it a vote.

How to vote

  1. Find the review on the company's page.
  2. Choose Helpful below the review.
  3. If you're not logged in, you'll be asked to log in with a code by email. Afterwards you come back to the review.

If you voted by mistake, choose Helpful again straight away to remove your vote.

Rules for votes

  • You can give one vote per review.
  • You can't vote on your own reviews.
  • You can only vote on public reviews.

What are the votes used for?

  • If you sort reviews by Most relevant, the reviews most people have found helpful come first.
  • The author gets a notification that the review has been found helpful.
  • The votes don't affect the SaysScore.

Your own votes

Under My profile you can see how many times your reviews have been found helpful. Each public review shows how many people have found it helpful. If you delete a review, its helpful votes disappear.

If you don't want to be notified when someone finds your reviews helpful, turn off Helpful votes under Notifications.
