TrustSays is free for consumers to use. The money comes from companies that choose a paid plan to get more tools.
What companies pay for
All companies can get a free profile, reply to all reviews and put a star bar on their website. The Free plan is free forever. The paid plans are called Start, Growth and Partner and include, among other things:
- more invitations a month and automatic invitations from the webshop
- more widgets for the website
- analytics of topics and trends

What nobody can pay for
- A better SaysScore.
- A better position in categories or search results.
- Getting a review removed, hidden or changed.
- A label such as Verified purchase. That requires the company to have confirmed the purchase.
Companies that pay follow exactly the same rules as everyone else, and their reviews are shown and counted in the same way. The number of reviews deleted for payment is always 0, because there's no way to do it.
You can see whether a company pays
The company's profile shows whether it uses the free profile, pays for tools, or hasn't claimed the profile at all. It's shown so you can see the relationship for yourself.
