Guidelines for reviewers

You may review a company if you have had an experience with it within the last 12 months. You do not need an invitation, and you do not need to have bought anything.

Only write about your own experience. You can review the same company once every 12 months; if you have had a new experience, you can edit your review.

You must never receive money, gifts, discounts or any other benefit for writing a review, and you must not review a company that you own, work for or compete with.

• Conflict of interest

We remove or hold back reviews that break one of these rules. The decision always names the rule using exactly this name.

• Personal data: names of employees, order numbers, phone numbers, addresses and the like
• Hateful or threatening content
• Not a genuine experience: content that is not based on an experience with the company
• Spam or advertising, including links
• Illegal content

Negative reviews are just as important as positive ones. We do not fact-check your experience, and companies cannot have criticism removed because they disagree with it. They can reply publicly.

You can edit or delete your review at any time from your profile. If we hold it back, you can edit it or appeal the decision; the appeal is handled by a different member of staff from the one who made the decision.
