When something happens with your reviews, you can see it under My profile, Notifications.

What you're notified about

  • Replies from companies: when a company replies to your review.
  • Decisions: when a review is held back or removed, with the reason and the appeal deadline.
  • Helpful: when others find your review helpful.

Unread messages have a dot. Choose Mark all as read to remove all the dots. You can filter the list with All, Unread, Replies, Decisions and Helpful.

Choose which emails you want

In the Which messages do you want? box on the right (below the list on a phone):

  • Replies from companies: turn on or off whether you want an email when a company replies. The reply is always shown under Notifications.
  • Decisions: shows Always on. We have to tell you if a review is held back or removed.
  • News from TrustSays: turn on if you want news from us. It's off until you turn it on yourself.
  • Helpful votes and Companies you follow are marked Coming soon.

Your choice is saved straight away, and it says Saved.

Under Also send by email you can currently only choose Straight away. Daily and Never are coming later.

Emails you always get

We always send login codes when you ask for them. The first time you log in, you also get a welcome email.

If it doesn't work

  • If emails from us land in spam, mark them as "not spam".
  • If you don't see any notifications, nothing has happened with your reviews yet.
